I submitted a request for quote stating that the car was inoperable. I was given a price. I placed a pickup order. After informing Trusy AGAIN that the car was inoperable the price was raised by $150.00. I immediately and repeatedly canceled the order. 30 days later I am still having trouble getting the car picked up because Trusy will not cancel the order. I have recieved NO correspondence from them in the 30 days! Trusty SUCKS!!!!!
