I was originally very uncomfortable transacting solely via email - there is no phone # for Trusty Transport. Robbie responded very quickly to my emails and made the entire experience go very smoothly. There was a delay in picking up the car from the dealer due to the originally assigned carrier's "mechanical difficulties" - At their own cost, Trusty Transport increased the premium to another carrier to expedite the delivery to make up for the lost time.....I will definitely use Trusty Transport again!!!!
