an order was placed with TRUSTY TRANSPORT on 07/02/2003 for a vehicle to be picked up in Houston, TX and delivered toSan Jose, CA on 07/13/2003. The car was polishedly clean, inside out and the odometer read 71800. Pickup was done (by a Trucking co. named Tow One) on 07/15/2003 and delivered on 07/20/2003 (almost 2 weeks after the desired date). Besides being dirty, the car odometer read 71912 (112 miles added bonus).
Inquiry/Complaint were made to the manager at TRUSTY and the final reponse was TRUSTY didnot transport the car (Tow One did) and the driver claimed he did not drive the car.
TRUSTY service is totally unacceptable given the fact that TRUSTY was selected based on one of the facts to use TRUSTY service advertisement is the vehicle will not leave the truck once it is loaded onto the truck.
