It was my first time to make an arrangement for shipping a car and I was very nervous about making the arrangements. Mr. Birol helped me through the whole process. The paper work was simple. He work with me on the price. The car was pick-up the next day. The driver was very friendly and put me at ease. The car arrived up north the next day. My mother was kept informed of the truck approaching arrival time and found the driver pleasant as well.
