I had never used such a service and needed to find a reliable service to transport a car from Texas to Florida on short notice. I entered an on line inquiry and was soon contacted by several firms. After reviewing on-line the ratings of the firms I selected Tucker. It was a positive and professional experience in every respect. Garrett was knowledgeable and helpful. Within 12 hours he arranged a pick up over the July 4th holiday. When I wanted pre-paid and not COD there was no question it could be done (not so with other firms) and the paperwork was e-mailed to me. The car was picked up as promised and delivered on the early side of the window provided. Dispatch and the driver kept us informed as to the probable delivery window. Everyone I talked to a Tucker was professional and knowledgeable. Call backs were prompt, and answers provided very quickly. I recommend this firm.
