Took my classic car for a joy ride!!!

Whre do I start. First claimed my speaker box was more than the alloted 100 lbs for items in the trunk. Poof! Charged me 150 more. Promised to put and keep my Impala on the very front top of the carrier. He did when he picked it up. Alright, before he took the car, i took a picture of the mileage. After tellimg them NOT to wipe the car "clean" with a shop rag because the last carrier swirled the paints finish , which is a custom painted car, he still did it to hide the fact that at some point, they took the vehicle down, took it out
For a joy ride, adding 9 miles to the car, smoked in it, left ashes everywhere, exploded and spilled soda all in the interior, and then placed the vehicle under another car that was leaking oil. They wiped the car only to haze and swirl the polished finish with the oil and grit. On delivery day, they show up at night to hide all this. When questioned about why the hell they drove my car without my consent, he said they had to move it several times. And offered to give my back $20. Keep it. The damn trailer is not 3 miles long! Needles to say, these clowns did more damage to my classic car in 4 days, than I have in 15 years!!! What if you had gotten into a wreck!? You guys are the reason why the auto transport business has a bad rep. And the reason why this website exists. Unbelievable. God only knows what yall did in those 9 miles. Burnouts? Donuts? Speeding? I called the main office to complain but of course they covered up for their kin folk. Two younger guys coming to pick up my car should of warned me away. But of course inwould of lost out my 300 dollar deposit with Envision relocations who wont pick up anymore.
