Extremely satisfied with this carrier. Was given numerous updates by Oxana as pickup date neared. The two drivers at pickup point were so very pleasant, knowledgeable, on time, professional. Pickup of vehicle in Pennsylania was actually a day earlier than planned, but that worked out better anyway. Likewise, delivery time and place with my daughter in Pennsylvania was coordinated beautifully. Awesome experience for the first time shipping a vehicle. No hesitation recommending this carrier !
