Vladymir is an absolute THIEF. I got a written quote, than after he picked the car up he raised the price $200. and held the car hostage . Wouldn't unload the car until I would pay him the extorted price in cash. Never use UI Express even with a written quote. They demand CASH no credit card. Rude and tries to be intimidating. The WORST.
