DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, CAN'T BE TRUSTED!!

US AUTO TRANSPORT INC. is based in Spokane Washington. They go well beyond the normally expected range of pick up times. The pick up was outside of the 5 day range, and on a Tuesday they couldn't tell me if the vehicle would be picked up on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Meanwhile they provide no phone calls to update you as to what day they will be coming to pick up the vehicle. And they would never tell me where the driver/trailer was when i would ask them.
Why is this such a secret?

Then on Thursday morning they said the pick up would be Thurday at around 6PM. But it was after 6PM when I called them and found out it had been changed to 11PM. Then I called again at 11PM and left a message on their voicemail and never heard back from them until the next morning!! Talk about reliable service. The driver insisted that we meet him on the side of a highway since he didn't want to drive out of his way.

It took 2 weeks for the vehicle to be shipped from Massachusetts to California!!!

Along the way they wouldn't give me updates, no phone calls. When I would call it was always a secret where the trailer was. I asked one time "Where is my car located now?" The answer was "On the truck"

The worst is when I called the driver and he asked me where the vehicle was being delivered and was angry that he didn't have the info. Well, I had a pink copy of the Bill of Lading which listed the address on it, someone must have the white copy right?. So for 2 weeks my vehicle was traveling around America withour the driver knowing the destination?

IT'S DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, US AUTO TRANSPORT INC. SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR CAR!!!!
