I had to ship my son's car from Florida to Portland, Or. becauses he moved there to attend college. I chose the silver rate and didn't expect them to pick up the car for several days, however I told them the car was ready. I got a call the very next day that a driver was available to pick it up. They picked it up exactly when they said they would and dropped it off sooner than I expected. I had an overall good experience. No problems whatsoever and I would reccomend them to anyone.
