Initial written quote received for door to door and they said I could pay by credit card. A few days later, when I went to contract for their service, that formal corporate offer was deemed 'wrong'. 'Sorry' they said. They re-quoted me for $300 more but to their warehouse a few hundred miles further, not door to door. I asked them to give me a discount, which they did, then when I went to use the credit card they added most of the discount back on. So I shipped the vehicle but that was scary too. The truck driver demanded the original title docs from the auto dealer in Florida on pickup. The new secretary at the dealer was about to give the title to the driver when the owner of the dealership returned and luckily stopped her. If the title had been handed over the apparently crooked truck driver would just sell my vehicle and I would say bye bye to $30,000. Then, on arrival, this shipper had told me two days of storage at the warehouse was included, but when I went to get the car after two days I got another $300 bill and they refused to release the car unless I paid it.

I would up paying 50% more than the formal corporate quote and the service was bad and scary in that I almost lost the vehicle. On top of that I wasted a full day retrieving the vehicle when it was supposed to be door to door. Never again with these clowns!
