Lily Wilson was amazing. My transport was difficult due to the back to back Florida storms. I shipped across country. Actual rates from drivers were very high compared to the original quote but she negotiated with dispatchers and drivers daily making dozens of calls. It was an awkward supply and demand scenario that favored the drivers. Lily was able to get my car VIP placement on the upper deck. If you can be flexible on your date and give her time to negotiate then it works out better. This company posts on two boards so you get more visibility from drivers. Lily was great with daily email, phone, and texts. Great communication and she explained the process perfectly. Great broker rate and ended up with a fair shipment rate too.
