Everything was as described. Kevin explained to me how this industry works. I was getting offers from atleast 10 companies. Eventually you have to just trust someone and hope it works. Kevin was the most transparent person I talked to. He showed me the load board and explained how other companies can manipulate price. We agreed on price, he sent contract, then my vehicle was shipped exactly as promised. From Washington to California and the were on off by 15 minutes on arrival time. Very pleased with whole experience, I would use again!
