Booked with them 6/24 for a car to ship from CA to WA state. I've done this twice before with other companies and NO issue. The pick up date was 8/19/24. NO ONE came or called about it. Now they want a new contact for nearly double the cost. I want me deposit of $ 160 back and they just keep harassing me. I've gotten over 70 messages and texts. They are GOD awful. DO NOT USE them.
