We were scheduled for pickup so I had family with the vehicle waiting only to be told after it was changed to another time 1-2pm to 5pm. Then they stopped answering and didn’t communicate when it wasn’t picked up at 5 either. I called over and over and finally got a text that the driver wasn’t available. I paid a deposit and requested a refund but haven’t heard anything. Sad I thought they were communicative before and now they are ghosting me.
