Ultimate transport lied to us on the phone, saying they could provide transport by a specific date. When they didn't show, we canceled because we couldn't physically be present for the pickup. That's why we asked for pickup by a specific date. They charged us $100 for canceling. When we called to ask why, they clearly knew they couldn't arrive by the specified date. They make $100 every time they're wrong, so why should they try to be right?
