We recently had an excellent experience, transporting our vehicle. Where others indicated that they "probably" could get the vehicle delivered in 5-7 days, AFTER they found a driver to pick it up, United Car Transport promised that they would pick it up within 24-48 hours and would have it back to us within 3-5 days, weather permitting. Mark did an excellent job of answering my questions, without wasting a lot of time telling me how great was the company. He kept me informed, every step. I received a call from dispatch, with the name of the driver, as well as a call from the driver, Tom, himself, all within 24 hours of my decision to use United Car Transport. Tom was a few minutes early for the designated pickup time, so we didn't have to wait for him at all. The trip was a challenge for him, coming through the mountains of Colorado during a storm that dumped over 2' of snow on the ski areas. It took him a little longer than he had estimated, but the vehicle still arrived a day early, clean and in great condition. The driver, the dispatcher and Mark at United Car Transport were prompt, professional and a pleasure with whom to do business.
