I tried to hire this company. They have poor communication so I ended up hiring someone else. I had called Tony, after a 5 min. phone call with him, he was suppose to change my shipping date for me & resend my quote. I had explained as previously before that I sold my home & needed to ship two vehicles. My buyers lender changed our closing date to two weeks later so I needed to reschedule ship dates on my vehicles so I could physically be in the state they were to arrive in. He told me he could resend the paperwork with updated changes. I never received anything or heard from him. Then he texted me the day before original day that was discussed to say he was trying to find a driver. I informed Tony that I never heard back from him after I called and spoke to him about previously changing my ship dates after finding out that the buyers lender pushed our closing date to two weeks further out and that he needed to cancel that paperwork and quote because I am not shipping my cars tomorrow. I already explained the previous week my dates got pushed out two weeks. He preceded to tell me I cannot cancel and that I am a Liar. I told him that he does not dictate my life or schedule and he is the liar who never resent me the updated paperwork I asked for. If he cannot do something as simple as that, I do not trust them with my vehicles to ship. I would probably never receive them Either.
