We had arrangements plus gave a deposit to United . We called virtually everyday to confirm pick up date windows and we were assured we were on schedule .After frantic calls by us they admitted they never scheduled a caarier/driver for our car tranport leaving us hanging 2 days before our departure by air . Later they called back and said they could arrange a transport of our car if we paid an additional expedited fee. I would not trust these people to move a toy car.
