We always strive to make sure that our customers are well taken care of and receive excellent service, which is why we regret to hear that Violett felt disappointment with her particular order.
As originally explained to Violett, UFA offers several types of services, including Expedited, Express and Standard Service. Violett opted to go with our Standard Service indicating that price was more of a factor than time. We had a couple of drivers available to pick up this extra large van, however when we tried to contact Violett, there was no answer or response on either of the two numbers provided.
We feel that it is unfortunate how the events unfolded, but we do wish Violett the best of luck and are happy that her large van was shipped, even if it was through another company.
