Excellent and responsive service. No problems and flexible to change requests. Responded to intitila calls and emails as the process proceded. My case was complex because the car was in a body shop in Virginia and had to be transported to Miami when the repair was complete. the mechanics didn't know when that would be and I needed it on a certain date. The ability to maintain close contact with Kasy insured I got my car when I needed it.
