I am a college student away from home with limited transportation. I read all the horror stories online about dispatchers not being available after pickup, longer than expected pick-up/ drop-off dates and drivers increasing prices after the car had been picked up. I contemplated flying home and driving the car down myself, after speaking with Mike my worries were eased. He always answered the phone and left messages when he had information for me. He worked with my schedule and when I gave permission he would text me what I needed to know, always keeping me in the loop. When there was a slight change in plans and details he was honest and let me know. Scott the driver was friendly and patient too. My car was delivered within the window they quoted me and the process once there was a driver was fast and simple. Im grateful I do not now have my own horror story about auto transport and would recommend US Transport to anyone. Just ask for Mike!= ) ( I did not deal with anyone else, Im sure the whole staff is just as helpful)
