Our auto shipping broker awarded the contract to ship our family member's car across country to United Transportation. The driver, Akmir, seemed friendly and knowledgable when he picked up the vehicle. However when it came time to deliver the vehicle to our loved one, he repeatedly told us he could not find the address, and would not work with us or our loved one on a delivery time our love one could meet. At one point the driver wanted our loved one to drive 20 miles to pick up the car. We had to enlist the help of our auto shipping broker to get in touch with his boss and and demand the driver work with our loved one. Through numerous phone calls from our auto shipping broker and me, the driver finally agreed to meet our loved one at a time and location that was acceptable. The car was finally delivered to our loved one.
