Xavier was very nice and said it was no problem to have my car picked up on June 28th and I paid my $200 deposit. I was then called and told I was doubled booked and that my car could be picked up on July 2nd, I said ok. And then that was it.....my car is still sitting here. No calls, no update, no apologies. It is now July 22nd. I call and they just tell me that its "up on the board". What does that even mean? So I just have to wait? I have never had a company just lie to me. I finally called today and asked for my deposit back. I was told a manager will call me back today. I have learned my lesson "Don't go with the lowest quote!" Don't use this company, they will promise anything until they get your deposit and then bye, bye.
