Hello Everyone,

So I bought a nissan titan in texas and wanted it shipped here because I didn't have the time to fly out there and drive it back. I used a lot of sites and got more than 100 calls...at least. I got quotes ranging from $490 to $1200. This all confused me. I read about the horror stories with companies and getting ripped off/not receiving vehicles and it scared me.

I used this site to look at all of my possible options and there were some companies that had 5 star ratings and others who didn't look too great. Universal Transport Services was a tricky company...because the negative reviews seemed to be somewhat balanced out by positive reviews and/or corrections. Generally, I think people are dumb and usually get upset when things don't go their way...so I took a chance.

I received a quote of $575 compared to $1200 which really made me happy. I talked to Xavier first, and he really tried hard to convince me I needed to put a $200 down payment to get my truck shipped. He told me that he had a truck that had already accepted and that all I needed to do was to pay $200. I did it. So, 2 days pass and still not picked up. I started to worry and contemplated cancelling my order after the 10 days because I was sure I wasn't gonna have my truck shipped...like the other reviews said. I was mad. But I got a call 5 days later saying there was a carrier. I was informed that it was going to be $25 more, which I didn't care about. And today, one day after pickup the truck is here. I am happy with the service and would use them again if I needed due to the lower price.
