I was given one put off after another till after 30 days of excuses I asked for my deposit back as they could not find a carrier to deliver van to arizona. I have made repeated phone calls and am never given an answer. Billing dept is always busy. I have made at least a dozen calls and now they put me on hold till out of frustration I hang up. I have used other carriers without such issues, this one is definitely a scam!!! This outfit is not upfront and truly not concerned with completing the agreement. They want the deposit and the rest be dammed!
