*****BROKERS BEWARE****** There is no pleasing this customer. She's crazy! We have gone above and beyond to try to accommodate her. Since her reservation was booked with us, she has done nothing but call repeatedly to be rude and insubordinate to the majority of our employees, thus making it that much harder to do our job! We believe that the customer deserves respect and service however, it is unnecessary to abuse that right. NONE of our employees deserve that. Should this customer call you don't walk RUN!!! She will do nothing but harass you, tie up your phone lines, and insult you. The broker fee isn't worth the headache. Regards. Richard
