Per contract, that this customer signed and acknowledged that she read, she was well aware that we allow a 10 business day window in regards to transport. Just because another broker promised a pickup date doesn't mean that it will be picked up. Also, calling MULTIPLE times a day EVERYDAY, consistently arguing with our staff, prohibits our ability to effectively work on your order. Our customer service department not only spoke with her multiple times but called her back twice in one day. We understand the stress and frustration that some people may feel when they call a very busy establishment, however please keep in mind people react to the way that they are spoken to. We wish this customer the best of luck in getting her transport and anyone else that tries to help her.
