I was bombarded with quotes from different vendors. Many sending me bad reviews of their competitors and making promises they weren't willing to back up with pricing.
When I spoke to Jai (x 403) he was very honest, gave me the best price and told me it could take up to 3-5 days average to pick up car. Car was picked up next day and arrived in Texas a week later.
Universal doesn't have online tracking and most of these brokers are at the mercy of whoever wins the transport bid, so its hard to blame brokers for things out of their control. My transporter/driver was not very responsive but Jai got a hold of them and all was good.
I spoke with a few other people at Universal but none returned my calls, kept me on hold for way too long, or transferred me to black holes. If you have to deal with anyone here, make sure its Jai.
