Sometimes it is easier to find the time to post a negative review about a company for the simple fact that one is upset about the service provided and mostly inspired (if that makes sense). However, I have found the time to dedicate a small yet very helpful review for future customers of this company. It was my first time choosing a transportation company and I can say it is very nerve wrecking. What if its late, something is stole, or damaged???? However, my process was smooth and painless thanks To CHRIS! The vehicle was on time yet, nothing was missing, or damaged. He definietly exceeded my expectations, explained everything and continously kept me posted on all the transitions. CHRIS was always there to anser my calls and questions. He worked diligently with me and I'm sure he will do the same with all other customers! A+ for Upsacale Auto Transport and CHRIS... I will definitely be using them again.
