1st time transporting a vehicle. When speaking to Chase he was hurried and sounded like a street level drug dealer trying to make a fast buck. He was very poor with follow through. Apparently, he thought the deal was sealed when he said I didn't need to pay a deposit. Little did he know, I didn't stop with him, I educated myself with other carriers who are committed to doing business with integrity. Some carrier attempted to bash others, while some attempted to use scare tactics that a truck would show up without and locking in a high rate was the only guarantee that it would. Well, because I don't scare easy and I trust my instincts, I relied on the great service of "Get it done auto transport" and they did just that. Would you believe, Chase is now calling my phone repeatedly trying to make arrangements to get the car transported, well I decided i'd let him see how it feels to be left wondering, so I purposely avoided every call. Here's the excited part, he just left a swearing voicemail on my phone as though he was talking with someone else so, but waited patiently for the prompt to ensure I could hear his ghetto vulgarity. I laughed, not at what he said, but because my instincts about him were right from the start and I've never laid eyes on the kid. I feel bad for the company, but then again not, because if these are the type of ghetto riff raffs they use for business, its no wonder the industry is as tainted as it is. Also, don't let me forget, while he was calling attempting to make arrangements for transport, my vehicle had already arrived to its destination safely about an hour prior. Word of advice, trust your instincts, if you think you smell a dead body, chances are your not far off, it could be another "Chase"

Mr. McCleod, we apologize if you feel services were not rendered. As our company does not take deposits up front until driver is assigned, that is the primary reason why you were not contacted yet. A DRIVER WAS NOT ASSIGNED. That particular route was not too common at the time, as the quote we gave you was for standard pick up. As for the phone call received, that was a common mistake as we are all human beings. I'm sure chase meant nothing harmful or hurtful purposely. f there is anything we can possibly do to resolve this issue, please contact us directly at any time. Warm Regards, Upscale Auto Transport
