This was the first time shipping my car. I went with Upscale despite their high quote. I had a very tight schedule (7 or 8 days MAX across country) and they were the only ones I spoke with who said they could handle it. In the end, my price was $150 less than their quote. After giving them my deposit, I started reading reviews and realizing how hit or miss this industry is. Therefore, I kept in contact with my agent, always checking on the status of the pick up and delivery. I also called the drivers and dispatch multiple times to make sure they were on time. In the end, my car was picked up the morning it needed to be and delivered perfectly on time. I was very satisfied, especially because I had started out so nervous. If I have to ship my car again, I would use this company again.
