Bert from Upscale Transport was awesome. He understood the urgency we were in when we were left out to dry by another broker. Within 30 minutes he had a truck in route for pickup. This vehicle hopefully will follow my son through his baseball career. At least for now. We plan to use Bert with Upscale Transport in the future. Outstanding Service and follow up!!!! GREAT JOB BERT!!
