Upscale Auto Transport promised Saturday delivery in order to get the job.They never had any intention of doing that. They have stranded my 88 year old parents in a condominium without transportation or food for four days and counting. We needed to contact a driver and pay him to pick them up and take them to the grocery store after 4 days of delivery take out.
Today, Kevin in customer service called me and offered to give me $100. to take my negative review of them off this site. They don't care that elderly people are in a bad situation because of their scam, they only care that people will know what they did. They prey on elderly people who need to have their cars shipped to Florida.
Do not use Upscale Auto!!!
