I contacted three companies regarding a vehicle transport. two of the three wanted to have me sign up to pay initial money before discussing the transaction. upscale gave me all information before any money was discussed- also. upscale was friendly, and yet, very professional.
to make a long story short, the whole process, from intro to pickup and delivery, went exactly as discussed. both dealer and I would gladly recommend upscale, an I would do business with them again.
