Unreliable & didn't pick up vehicle after 2 dates were scheduled

I would NOT Recommend this company for any transportation needs! They took my deposit and scheduled the first pick up seemed easy. I was told the driver would call me the night before the pick up... the day before came and went & no call. I called them and was told oh they must have forgot to call you, but they will be there for sure to pick up the vehicle. My mom waited home all day and no call no show! I was so upset and frustrated I was lied to and they didn't show up as promised. I asked to cancel the order and they assured me it would be re-scheduled for the following week... You guessed it, once again I was told the drive would call the night before. Well the night before came and went and no call so. I contacted Upscale on the day they were suppose to pick up the vehicle and was told once again, "they will be there for sure today" to pick up the vehicle. Towards the end of the day, I was calling and texting to find out where the driver was, once again I was told "the driver will call you or just for sure he will be there". So my mom now has spent another entire day sitting home waiting for them not to show up!They should have to pay my mom for her wasted time! I canceled my order and now disputing the credit card charge. I would NOT recommend using them for anything! dishonest, dishonest, dishonest!
