Carlos was amazing! He kept in touch with us every step of the way. The car arrived promptly and in fine condition. Carlos shipped the car both ways from Phoenix, AZ to Fort Lauderdale, FL and back. Both drivers did a terrific job! We are very pleased and definitely would recommend Upscale Auto Transport to our friends who need auto transport. Also, when we return to Florida next winter to see our family there, we will be calling Carlos again! Thanks for a great job, Carlos!
