UpScale Auto did a pretty good job of scheduling the pickup of the vehicle. We had some challenges with one of the drivers cancelling on the pick up and the driver that finally transported being late. But the UpScale rep did a great job and was very responsive. He would answer and respond to calls and messages at almost any time.
