We needed to transport our son’s car. We started researching about transportation services and quickly learned that, like other industries, there were two kinds of providers: the well-established, serious ones and the rest. We analyzed 22, discarded 19 and out the 3 finalists, against all the advice from “experts” we selected the only one asking for a deposit because besides the company’s reputation, the interactions with the representative were quick, professional, courteous and respectful.

We selected Upscale Transport because of JC Santiesteban and we couldn’t be happier with the results: car was picked up on time, delivered on time in perfect conditions and the driver, Jay, a fun, respectful individual to deal with.

Our son is a happy camper and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
