I booked with Upscale to transport a car from a dealer to me (Seattle to Cleveland). Carlos assured me it would be 5-7 days and he was always available. He even gave me his cell number. After a week I called and I could never get him to respond. I sent email, left voice mail, called the office and his cell. No response. Like many in the business, once they get your money and get a trucker, it's really a question of how good the trucker is - not the broker. Don't count on Upscale and Carlos to let you know when you can expect delivery.
