I recently shipped my 2015 Honda Accord from Seattle, WA to Queens, NYC. Tania Dior was the account representative, recommended by a friend. She was very helpful, nice, and provided excellent customer service. She answered all my questions and helped make the process of shipping my vehicle quick and easy. The quoted price was fair and reasonable ($900). I was charged $150 extra by the moving company (not upscale auto transport) due to my car having over 100 lbs of weight in the vehicle. I was notified by Upscale Auto Transport of being charged extra if the car had excess weight, but was moving and needed to pack extra stuff in my car. My car was delivered on time, in the same condition, and all communication for drop off and delivery was efficient. I would definitely recommend Upscale Auto and use their services again.
