Carly B was my rep she was great, talked to me every step of the way when I did finally book with her she informed me all about car transport was completely transparent... Carly was extremely attentive always answered the phone, very professional, and was EXTREMELY honest. I transported my car from Miami to Los Angeles (far distance) I got quotes cheaper tried other companies because originally I thought she was too expensive, I gave another company a try who said they could do it cheaper I waited over 2 weeks and nothing, they had no communication with me and were impossible to get a hold of. I was at my wits end finally I called Carly and was frustrated I hardly gave her a window of time to find me a driver, sure enough she explained to me the reason why my car wasn’t moving with the other companies and was able to find me a driver the SAME DAY! I didn’t have faith in her to begin with because of my past expirience. I should have just gone with her from the very beginning it would have saved me a ton of frustration and stress. I highly suggest to go with Carly and upscale. Great company and reliable service!! Thank you... and my car was delivered in one piece no damages... I was given the run around with all the other companies and she shot straight with me from the beginning I couldn’t be happier!
