Saved me from Mental Breakdown

I purchased a car in NY on 6/13 and needed it shipped to NC. I was at work... so I had my brother begin the search for shippers... he filled out a request on a website and the emails and calls started coming in. I ultimately contracted that same day with another broker for pickup on 6/15. Needless to say that didn't happen. Otherwise I wouldn't be leaving a review for a second company. *smile* So because I am such a glutton for punishment, I scheduled a second shipment with the same company for pickup on 6/19. Again... that didn't happen. So just as I am about to pull out all of my hair, throw the laptop in the trash, and put a hole in some poor unsuspecting wall in my house I get an email from Carlos asking had my shipment been picked up. I told him heck no (I don't think I said heck tho), and if he could get it picked up the same day, he could have the job and the other company was fired!!! Long story short... My car was on a truck within 4 hours and headed to me for $50 less than the original shipper. Can you believe that Carlos even initially tried to vouch for the other company stating that he knew them well and said they should have known better. After telling him my story... We came to the conclusion that the issues I had ultimately came from the carriers they chose... but who selected the carriers? If I get sick from a burger at McDonalds... am I suing the cook? or McDonalds??? Anyway... back to Carlos' company... *smile* So Carlos said he could help me... He talked to the Carrier... the guy was on his way to queens to pickup another car so my mine was like free money... *smile* We got the paperwork done... and the carrier arrived on time and loaded my car and it was delivered this morning. All is well with the world again. Thanks Carlos... You saved me from a literal mental breakdown!!!
