I conducted quite the extensive research before booking Upscale and I am so glad I went with them! This was my first experience in shipping a car and that too, all the way across the country (California to Pennsylvania). Upscale made me feel comfortable by updating me throughout the process and taking care of my every concern, especially Carly! Carly from Upscale Auto was so beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease in shipping my car across the country. She was patient with me and worked with my budget. When I had questions, she was quick to respond and taking full ownership of each concern. I will not hesitate to call Upscale Auto Transport for my next car shipment and definitely am referring them to whomever I know is looking to get their car shipped.
