Purchased a 2018 Pacifica. On the condition report, it stated that there were 3 key fobs with this vehicle. I asked Carlos to have the driver make sure that all three fobs were there before leaving the lot. Protocol is that the guard checks vehicle over before leaving auction site. Auction site would have been responsible for replacing missing fobs, but since the driver did not follow through with checking to make sure all fobs were present, we only received one at delivery. Called Manheim and they stated too much time had passed because they were not notified earlier. Through no fault of our own, there was a delay with the delivery, and I called them immediately upon delivery to let them know 2 fobs were missing. We had to buy two more fobs ourself for $400. Also, was told $700 for delivery, bumped up to $750 and had to sign another contract. Poor customer service. Would not recommend using this service.
