So I had to ship my daughter's car from Florida to Arizona This being my first time to ship a car of course very nervous. I called many different carrier companies for prices. When I spoke to Derek at Upscale Auto He made me feel less stressed about this process. And the price was very reasonable. I had to of course call him many times with lots of questions and he never seemed bothered. He was very patient. I could call him at any time and he would answer my call. Great communication!! I am going to actually miss chatting with him I know It was very comical how worried I was.I know it made him laugh! The whole process very easy., The pick up and delivery very efficient. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again! Thank you so much Derek!
