We have been dealing with Upscale and only Kristina for about 2 years now.
First off, the type of customer service our organization has received is always top notch.
Kristina clearly communicates the instructions back to us so there is no confusion.
She is always available for a call, even after 11pm, made the call myself asking questions for
a client in Alaska. I am deeply happy that we have Kristina in our corner, she makes our life easier with any and all of our transportation needs. Thank you Kristina.
