This guy quoted me a price and told me a delivery date. I drove 3.5 hours to receive the car and it never showed. I stayed for 2 more days and then could not stay any longer. Finally the driver called a day later and said the delivery was there and it was COD. I had already paid my deposit which they didn't take off the bill. Upscale Auto (Derek) said the price went up and then yelled at me when I questioned it. He continued to scream in the phone and then hung up on me. I had to get a relative to meet the driver and pay him cash on top of the deposit that was already paid. Derek was rude and abrasive and has no business being in any customer service related industry. I would use extreme caution on using this company if you want to roll the dice with your money.
