I had worst experience with them recently. I would suggest everyone to look for local transporters directly and avoid this broker company.
I paid advance to Upscale and the driver who came for pickup overcharged me saying that Upscale is just broker and he does not care how much I paid to Upscale, he took $50 extra which I have been asking for a refund from Upscale from many days but they have not responded yet.
Upscale will not respond to your queries. Once they take advance from you they will never ever respond to any question over email also their customer service will never pick the call and will never call back if you leave any voicemail.
They have not even given me any receipt for the advance booking amount inspite of asking so many times.
If you need to claim the expenses to your company, you need receipts which Upscale will never provide you.
Save the trouble. Stay away from these horrible irresponsible people.
