DON"T EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Vehicle was to be picked up on the 18th of March 2016 in Boise, Idaho, delivering in Houston, TX. Truck broke down and delayed pickup until March 22nd. Truck broke down again Salt Lake City and it took them 10 days to get another one from Tacoma to Boise. Terrible communication during this whole time. Transport shows up on the evening of April 7th, 2016. Open carrier with my vehicle on top over the cab. The rear lift hatch had a dent in it that it didn't have when dropped off for pickup and the windshield was smashed from an obvious hit from a tree limb as there was still bark embedded in the glass and trim. Total denial from driver of doing any wrong. And total runaround and non communication from company about refund of money and paying to repair damages. DON"T EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
